Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

Templates help to get started and hitting ground. Easier to search for components pack like Azure, AWS though with nature language it can take productivity to new level i.e. natural language as template
It helps create Sequence diagrams , component diagram, workflows etc for our product and software services. This helps to collaborate better being remote team to brainstorm and express our design and thought process, identify issues early on, get sign off from stakeholders. It also helps to get feedback from SMEs and identify corner cases or use cases missed

Pros

  • Easy to use and create diagram specially mermaid diagrams
  • Collaborative where easy to share with team members to do join design work
  • Many great add ons like Azure/Google/AWS icons/blocks so its easy to represent components and technology thats being used in our service

Cons

  • Easy to search for components thats similar instead of exact match like Natural Language processing
  • mechanism to request for editing permission for Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite diagrams that were shared
  • Better template or custom template that we can build using natural language
  • Improved productivity as can express more quickly
  • Collaboration helps come to conclusion
  • Better throughput as its easy to use
integration with Google helps as we use Google Office suite and can share Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite files directly in the google docs, and can share them in Confluence pages and Jira tickets
Great quality and performance though it failed at times with mermaid diagram when i pasted mermaid code. Real time collaboration is really great feature , with remote team its important to have these tools
Much easier to use, support for mermaid diagram and code, better collaboration, easy to connect components and orientation and boxing together
