Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

The tools make it easy to use most features, but sometimes linking features on a tool isn't intuitive and is hard to find answers for more advanced features that aren't demoed.
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for our clients as we are a tech company that half of us are in sales and product development, and the other half are implementors and consultants for our clients. So either we are using the tools for internal collaboration between product and sales to give potential customers the best demos we can, or as consultants we can collaborate with outside clients as to diagram their use cases and needs to demonstrate how we can improve their business processes.

Pros

  • Lucid Chart diagrams processes very well
  • It allows for project managment to help with client timelines
  • Can help with org design

Cons

  • The tutorials could always be improved.
  • AI can we integrated so I can ask the AI tool how to do something in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, and it will tell me how to do it.
  • It makes process mapping so much quicker and visually engaging for clients
  • Overall ease to modify timelines and requirements.
Integrating with Google and Microsoft office products is key to moving info from separate documents into a shared space. I know that Salesforce and Slack connections help with company wide initiatives.
The product works well and doesn't have downtimes that affect clients.
In my opinion, Smartsheet doesn't have nearly the same great tools to diagramming and project management. Pricewise they were comparable so picking Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was the easiest pick.

Helps with diagraming and project management. Works well when you need to collaborate between different departments that share similar goals, or to help collaborate with clients. I haven't seen a lot of cases where it doesn't work for us yet. Probably isn't too helpful if you don't need to integrate other softwares you are using.
