Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We have recently implemented Lucidchart across a few different departments - marketing, product, engineering, and sales. It has been a great decision and has helped us in creating dynamic charts that we have presented to everyone from companies and execs we are selling, to our investors to internal use. It has been a great experience.
- Great dynamic chart creation.
- Ability to have other people contribute and collaborate.
- A huge variety of charts that can be created for every type of need.
- Onboarding is a bit challenging.
- It requires some time to get used to and figure out how to use it.
- Occasionally we have errors when trying to share charts.
- Saves time we spent on making charts look visually better.
- Gives a good variety of stuff that can be build without involving other software.
- Takes a while to learn how to use it.
Lucidchart was a better solution for us than Excel was or PowerPoint for obvious reasons - a much bigger pool of stuff that can be done and created, great visuals and the ability to present and share things across teams and companies. It prints well and we have created a bunch of reports and charts for the office.
