Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We are using Lucidchart across the organization for user journey maps, story boards, activity flow diagrams and wireframes. I link content in Jira stories and invite others to collaborate.

  • Collaboration is very good
  • Easy to learn
  • User story creation and integration with Jira
  • Make it easier to create template shapes
  • Ability to import Whimsical content
  • Time savings
  • Review and collaboration to get agreement on concepts
  • Able to clarify user scenarios fir developer efficiency
Overall useability is straightforward, some improvements would be helpful to speed up building charts such as easier to create shape templates, sometimes drawing lines gets challenging to connect shapes.
Definitely helpful to have seamless integrations with these tools
Very positive outcome working in real time changing and updating content on the fly
Haven’t called in for support. The knowledge base is tough to find help sometimes

Above average but not as strong integration as some tools with Jira
Activity flows, brainstorming, ad hoc workflows on the fly are all great uses, also the availability of templates is very helpful.

Creating a user story sprint plan and pushing into Jira like stories on board would be great
