Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's not that easy for absolutely new users to come in and start using the tool.
We leverage Lucidchart to formulate the network and AWS topology designs and architectures. It enables us to share and control the access of charts to users with a defined level of access. The options and shapes available are very helpful from a network perspective and allow us to represent our network HLD and LLDs effectively.
  • Network Diagrams
  • Flow charts
  • Topologies
  • I cannot select and move multiple objects at once.
  • The object limit on free samples is not good I feel.
  • There should be more documentation to allow new users to get used to Lucidchart.
  • Shared documents enable the ability to incorporate each user's comments.
  • The available shapes are not that much.
  • The tool is friendly for designing network documents.
We have been leveraging it specially for network and cloud design documents and it has proved quite useful for the time.
The support was helpful and informative.

Do you think Lucidchart delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Lucidchart again?

I haven't reviewed any products like Lucidchart but it's quite friendly and competitive with Visio as per the scope of our work.
Lucidchart has proved very helpful to formulate and design network charts for our projects. It has in a way replaced Visio for us. It is helpful, but one has to be familiar with this tool to get around stuff and know what's where.
