Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I didn't encounter any issues with using it as a new user.
Our company recently transitioned from Visio to Lucidchart. I just set up with Lucidchart, and am finding it to be intuitive and effective. Looking forward to taking advantage of the dynamic charting capabilities!
  • Easy to create charts with limited training
  • Ability to connect charts is faster than Visio
  • I'd love a downloadable app so that I don't have to be online to use it.
  • Allows for clear communication of complicated workflow.
I don't use any of these integrations.
Lots of communication - some of which I've opted out of because it's too much.

I didn't make the selection of Lucidchart, but as an organization we are moving away from Microsoft products.
I've just started using Lucidchart, but I've found it to be very suitable for workflow diagrams. Have not tried other uses.
