Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I would give Lucidchart a rating of 10 because its intuitive, user friendly, and very effective within our organization.
Lucidchart has been an essential tool. It is understanding, implementing, and improving current and future processes and systems to drive the business forward.

My organization has yet to take advantage and explore this great capability.
As it's very use friendly, I haven't had the need to contact support.

Lucidchart is well suited for demonstrating and improving processes within the company. It provides a clean visual representation which helps in locating and focusing in on critical areas for opportunity.
