Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Utilized by the Internal Audit team to document process flow walkthroughs.
- Log in access is simple.
- Provides training and helpful tools.
- Allows you to share with colleagues.
- The Team function means when sharing work there is a duplication on your own area as well as the Team one and creates more than one version of the same document. This is risky and meant the Team function has not been used only 1 on 1 sharing.
- Helped document process flows for walkthroughs.
Ours integrates with Google. Provided little value as the work and flows could just be produced in Powerpoint.

Lucidchart is more restrictive and difficult to understand from my experience. Less color is utilized.
