Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Currently being used as a board to track progress and identify new problems in trying to launch a new product. We are transferring our operations to a new platform.

You don't need to be a computer genius to use properly, but you still need considerable computer literacy and not simple to explain to someone else how to operate if unfamiliar.

The live-follow feature and flexibility in creativity are big plusses. Other users have struggled with creating a flow within Lucidsparks, but the employees who really need it are coping well enough.
Well suited for big picture understanding of a process. Less appropriate for a small team tracking progress.
