Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite
I use MailerLite for all my email campaigns to my fan base, students and professional colleagues. It has very robust features even at the least expensive price point, and the drag & drop editing is user friendly. The learning curve is short - which very important for the DIY music business! And if there's a technical problem, their user support is 24/7, fast and from a live person, so important deadlines don't get missed. So far I'm pleased that I chose them over some other more well-know email campaign services.

- Easy to manage email lists (import, export, edit on the fly)
- Fast, live customer service via email
- Adding additional admins was buggy
- 2FA requires the use of a 3rd party app (instead of using your mobile number)
- I have a high open rate
- I get good feedback from my email campaigns
I used Mailchimp with another employer, and found that MailerLite is both easier to use (as the content creator, and list manage) and has more features (like scheduling email delivery) at a lower monthly price point. Also, they do not insert a (potentially offensive) logo at the bottom of the email.
