Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use MailerLite to send a variety of marketing messaging; from newsletters to product, brand, etc. But maybe most importantly are the automations and triggers; these enable us to better serve our customers with specific needs and help improve efficiency within our organization.

Our biggest problem in communications is that we serve multiple subcategories within the music industry, and each of these are managed as singular businesses within our larger org chart. MailerLite is invaluable in that regard; we can serve each of these singular businesses within our org and their customers and also our fans at large.

Mailchimp, Moosend and Constant Contact

Selected MailerLite for the features + price. They blow the competition out of the water on price... and back it up with the best customer service.

Moosend specifically is overpriced for very few features, and zero support.

Mailchimp is widely adopted but is too expensive once you start needing to do things.

They're great for newsletters .. I think this would be the perfect fit for a solopreneur / contract worker. They're really good at segmenting larger audiences - and as a result, triggers and automations MailerLite definitely could improve their form's HTML snippets + editability. So if you can't design a better form / page for your form then you're going to be lacking a little bit.

Also if mobile is super important for you, then you'll be able to hide sections on mobile but you can't change how they are stacked on mobile.

Best customer service - and even better product for the price.
