Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a sports club and have been using MailerLite for EDM comms for about six months, and just upgraded from the free membership to a business plan in order to build a new club website. The free features of both platforms are extensive but we needed the ability to publish our site under our own URL, hence upgrading to a paid plan.

The photo editing feature could be better, such as allowing switching between landscape and portrait orientations, and more sizing/cropping templates

Our EDMs to club members achieve 78-80% open rate, a huge improvement over barely 50% engagement with previous email-based comms

MailerLite is great for anyone with only basic skills to build out professional looking EDMs, websites or landing pages. The process to create, proof and publish is easy and intuitive. And although no phone support is provided on the free or business plans, email support has usually provided the right answer within half a day. I would definitely recommend MailerLite to any sports clubs or community groups looking for simple and effective ways to lift their communications or web presence.
