Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We're using MailerLite for a rather long time now, and we're absolutely pleased with it. Not only is it extremely reliable, the customer support is premium. We've been using different mailing services and ended being disappointed. MailerLite didn't disappoint us not even once, during all these years. Personally, I'd rate it 10 out of 10. I truly recommend using it.

Pros and Cons

It handles the GDPR efficiently.
It's easy to use, fast and efficient.
The price is a bit high, but still affordable.
The support is extremely pleasant and capable.

Price could be a bit lower (you knew this was about to pop-up, right ;))

Return on Investment

This tool is a must have. I can't imagine running a business without it.
Not sending out Newsletters, or not being able to collect and react to the feedback we get from MailerLite, would result in a at least 25% drop in sales.

Alternatives Considered

Mailchimp, MailerQ and Odoo

Let's just say it's easier to use and more satisfying. Let's leave it at that ;)

If you're looking for a well-organized mass mailing system, it's MailerLite that you want. It's as simple as that. Especially if you need to send mails frequently. MailerLite will bill you by the number of contacts / recipients, not by the number of sent e-mail. For us, this was the key element when deciding which solution to use.
