Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite

I needed to authenticate my domain but with little knowledge of DNS found this to be harder than expected. Until [...] came to my rescue. She helped me identify my dns records, add to them, take off ones that were causing problems. It took a while… not due to MailerLite but due to my domain hosts! Eventually we did it, and all due to [...]’s knowledge and patience. Thank you [...]

  • Understand that not everyone has domain knowledge..
  • Polite, encouraging and supportive.
  • My emails look professional
  • My list has grown to nearly 10k
  • Easy to manage.
I moved from another provider 8 years ago, no regrets at all! So easy to use, and the support team are simply excellent.

The support team have helped me so much over the years from finding deleted records, moving from classic to the new platform, enabling my domain authentication. The new platform will save me time as I no longer have to repeat sections of email. Integrations and automations are so useful. Overall highly recommend.
