Overall Satisfaction with Mailshake
We use Mailshake every day to schedule e-mails with mail merge for personalization. It helps us with cold sales and increases productivity as our sequences are fully automated and managed in Mailshake.
Pros
- Extremely good at sequences and reporting of open rates, click rates, and did not opens
- Mail merge works without a hitch. You can enter in any number of custom mail merge tags based on CSV columns and mapping them accordingly.
- Great analytics and easy to use exports of data for advanced excel work
Cons
- Mailmerge doesn't really have any major cons. Is probably one of the best platforms that accepts aliases, scheduling, and mail merge tags
- Increased productivity 3 times, as we're now programmed all sorts of campaigns into Mailshake and adding recipients daily
- Increased visibility on follow ups as we can see in our campaign stats who did not interact with our cold emails
- Exporting data is always a plus for advanced use in Excel
