Overall Satisfaction with MailTrack

It was being used to track when business emails were being opened. This is very useful for keeping in touch with clients for project management and following up on leads. MailTrack offers a very clear and simple way to see this information right within Gmail. I was briefly using a paid version of the software.

Pros

  • It has a clear and very simple way of displaying within Gmail (it didn't work for me, for whatever reason though)

Cons

  • For whatever reason, this didn't work on my computer. Not the point of this review though, I know sometimes things don't work and that's OK. I tried to get a refund (within 30 days and within their terms), which was almost impossible. After emailing their refund address 4 times and no response, I tried messaging their Facebook to request a refund. I was told to try reinstalling it and the request pawned off... and follow up messages ignored. I emailed their feedback email address and also ignored. I even opened a ticket within the PayPal resolution centre which was also ignored.Funnily enough, when escalated to a claim on PayPal, they resolved it within a couple of hours.
  • DO NOT give these people your money. They do not honor their agreement and will do anything to avoid it. Terrible.
  • Negative. Just stress, hassle, and wasted time.
YesWare and ToutApp. Both great alternatives. ToutApp is what I'm using now and I can't recommend it highly enough.
Useful for tracking whether your emails have been opened. Easily viewed within your Gmail. Will very clearly show when an email has been opened.

    Mailtrack.io I don't doubt the quality of their software when it works (it looks great). But if you ever need a refund... this is a company without integrity that doesn't value their own agreements and will try to steal your money.

      I am also having problems. Very first day problems and got a response...Only been about 3 days and more problems doesn't even show anything tracked emailed 6 times now that they have my money and it cleared the bank they are done with me.

      Eduardo, I sent you an email about this issue and I could see that you had read my email through Mailtrack. And you haven't said a word about whether you are gonna take care of it or not. You just ignored your customer again. U could have sent me a single sentence at least. I know taking money back from your pocket sucks but I sent refund request in about 10mintues I paid since it was a genuine mistake lol...Hope you are more serious about customer service. I guess I have to go through Paypal resolution and let more people know about this situation on Reddit.
