I use Manageengine Endpoint Central for patch management, remote support, inventory collection, and mobile device management. It helps me keep up with compliance while providing a central tool for everyday tasks like troubleshooting and remote support. It's a great tool for monitoring software licensing compliance as well. It basically makes my job a lot easier.

- Allows for scheduled shut downs and restarts so noone need stay after hours to initiate them.
- Has made it very easy to see what patches need installed and which computer need rebooted to finish the patch installation, saves a lot of time.
