Generally we use the ManageEngine tool especially for Patching the Cumulative updates and Security updates primarily. and then we use mostly for 3rd Party patching as well.

- I recommend the activity to be done in a small video , how to perform the task easily
- There should be some systematic SOP's
- Calling Support , needs to be added.
- Chat support needs to work on Sat and Sunday as well.

- Remote control and support the end user.

- I recommend ManageEngine Endpoint Central in environments with hundreds of servers and clients. 100 Percent worth buying it.
- It updates both Windows and Mac machines comprehensively.

ManageEngine is an All in one product , which keeps the work smoother and Accurate. ME support gives more information in understanding more better. Taking or giving demonstrations on unknown issues solving by screen sharing session or live session .
