Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

We use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for central management and monitoring of all our endpoints. This include remote control and management, configuration and software deployment, patch and vulnerability management, compliancy management ( We use the CIS benchmarks as our framework and ManageEngine Endpoint Central makes this easier to manage and configure ) and Bitlocker management.

  • Software Deployment - clarity on why deployments failed could be better
  • Vulnerability Management - the products own detected vulnerabilities should be better managed/mitigated
  • Being able to use both EPC and Remote Desktop Plus on the same agent. We have a requirement for one of our teams to use a remote tool but not to use EPC. EPC could be used by restricting access to the remote control section but you need a full EPC license for the users and is not economical.
  • ManageEngine Endpoint Central made it possible to rapidly deploy Windows 11 to all our Windows 10 endpoint with no hassle, saving a lot of time and effort.
  • ManageEngine Endpoint Central eased the process of deploying CIS Framework by adding the description and reasoning for each policy and what the effect of it is.
I feel that ManageEngine Endpoint Central is in general a great product and there is still more of the product that I need to configure and start using. There is a few nuances that I have experience such as the integration of other ManageEngine products.
ManageEngine Endpoint Central was more affordable for what it had to offer. There was also better local support. Support's response time is fast and professional .

ManageEngine Endpoint Central in general is a good fit for most of the companies I worked for. This is a single platform that manages many aspects of endpoints from basic remote management, patch management and compliancy check. This has been a major boost to get our endpoint compliant to the CIS framework.
