- client connectivity for troubleshooting
- available system manager functions
- tools. wake on lan/reboot
Cons
- patch management. slow to deploy and hard to navigate total patches
- OS deployment could be more intuitive
- more diagnosis tools. incorporate AI into the functionality.
- we are able to track and locate our computers throughout the facility
- the editable fields in the computers field allows us to add accessories to the system information and track them as well. some people have spare adapters for travelling. We are able to enter that information with the asset.
we selected ManageEngine Endpoint Central because, in our opinion, Kaseya was a complete mess. Shortly after we left them they were hacked. ManageEngine Endpoint Central alerts us each time a computer is added.
