Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

We use it to manage, remote support, threat and patch mitigation, AD self service, AssetExplorer integration.

Pros

  • Patch mitigation
  • threat analysis
  • Remote capabilities

Cons

  • Sometimes the remote capabilities are slow to respond
  • agent push seems to be hit or miss from SOM
  • It's been a robust suite that has been invaluable in the helpdesk with a hybrid workforce
  • the ability to push updates, patches, remediation
it does everything we need it to do and more
It's much easier and convenient, being able to push images with Endpoint Central via Pixi boot
