Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
We've been using DesktopCentral (now EndPoint Central) for about 5 years now, and while there's a few minor features which aren't available in this platform, we've always been able to either work around it, or submit requests to get added functionality and it shows up within a few releases.
Pros
- Remote Access
- Software deployment / patch management
- MDM
Cons
- automated template cleanup
- Our number of internal support tickets has gone down
- The remote control capabilities are great
- The patch management works but could work better

Evaluating ManageEngine Endpoint Central and Competitors
Yes - DameWare Remote Control
- Ease of Use
This product was initially used to support remote machines while we were setting up for our AGM in a half dozen communities, previously we used a polycom solution which took forever to setup and configure every year, and it was a nightmare. Instead, we switched to using Zoom on PCs, and EndPoint Central to control the remote machine, a few weeks later I had a PO for purchase.
