Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

Endpoint Central is mainly used for its MDM, patch management, configuration deployment and remote control The software is very useful to increase the security of our endpoints and manage them with ease. We also needed a more secure way to connect on remote control to our user's computers, because our old software wasn't secure enough.

Endpoint Central is very easy to use and easy to set up, does barely all i need but is still missing some little things ; the support is in english only (i am a french speaker), the MDM does not makes us able to do file transfer in specific locations on the devices with specific type of files, only pdf, png etc. which is kind of annoying. Beyond that, the interface is very user-friendly and everything works very well, but there are often some bugs, even if their support is very quick and it's repaired quickly.

Endpoint Central is perfect to manage with ease your third part updates, and help your users by using remote control, there is a lot of shortcuts which are very helpful when using it. I also tried the OS deployment, it is really well made and time sparing to set up your computers quickly without any bugs.
