Know what you want out of the product and what your objectives are before speaking to them. Chances are they have a tool to fill the need and it is easier to implement before the system is set up.

Using Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

They are the greatest value for the greatest cost. We have worked with them for almost three years (if not more) and the process is down pat. They do a great job of setting up new customers and keeping them involved.
