Overall Satisfaction with Mattermost

10 points for this internal communications system, since Mattermost is a service that integrates with other systems, it is not difficult to use and we maintain successful collaboration inside and outside the company. We mainly integrated it with Gitlab and the whole process was easy and with successful results.
We have been using Mattermost for 2 years, it was a fast implementation, and the deployment was very good, we only need the help of technical support in specific cases, since it is a very simple system to install. Communications are very fast and with great protection of our information, we are more productive because we solve problems as a great team thanks to Mattermost's internal communications.

With Mattermost we keep our information safe, group and individual communications are fast and do not require large processes to carry it out. Team collaboration is very good and we establish remote communications without interfering with the quality of the conversations. It is a system that we customize to our requirements and we have obtained safe and high-quality results in the collaboration and security of our information.
