Overall Satisfaction with MediaValet

MediaValet serves as our DAM within our Marketing and Sales team. Our library team servers users at multiple locations, globally. It has been invaluable to our company not just an advantage with most people working from home, but also sharing assets across the world quickly and easily. MediaValet's interface is a great tool to keep the single source of truth accurate.

  • Lack of FTP for system admins (although they are always willing to assist with bulk transfers which are really great!)

  • We have reduced our storage costs by reducing redundancies of storage on different platforms.
  • Dramatically decreased need for on-premise storage has decreased physical real estate needed for servers.
  • Improved speed to market with assets that are accessible anywhere in the world with internet access.
I have used asset management systems based in on-premise storage such as Drobos or other raid systems and web-based DAMs, such as Canto which are more comparable to how MediaValet works on a cloud-based system. Nothing beats MediaValet in reliability, ease of use, and customer support. They truly are industry experts that listen to their customer's business cases and needs.

MediaValet is well suited for companies of all sizes since all its features are really scalable. Where MediaValet really shines is their customer support teams, especially the Customer Success Management team. They are always willing to troubleshoot and work through processes, asset flows for particular use cases, and offer their input to provide industry best practice compliance so our company is never left behind. They have been, hands down, the best Digital Asset Management company I have ever worked with.
