Overall Satisfaction with Melio

I've been using Melio for about a year and a half to send paper checks to vendors who don't support credit card processing or any online payment. I found Melio after frustrations with similar companies (Corpay, Plastiq) and so far so good! The workflow has been pretty seamless and I've been recommending them to other small businesses I know!

Pros

  • Easy interface
  • Reliable processing
  • Good customer service

Cons

  • Process of setting up new vendors could be improved
  • Makes paying vendors quick and easy
Melio has much better customer service and lower fees than the competitors I've tried!
