Overall Satisfaction with Method:CRM
Method:CRM is used to store prospects, currents, and vendors all in one. Also, we use the software to create proposals, estimates, and invoices. The software helps our team to track information and more. Everyone uses the software for different things. The receptionist uses it to add leads or update information. The accountants uses the software to provide notes and proposals.
- Integration with QuickBooks
- The ability to provide activities about a contact
- The invoicing feature where it automatically creates an invoice
- Provides a rich client profile area
- The appearance is not that great; need improvements
- Not that easy to use as first user
- Lack of customization for user; need a consultant to provide customizations.

- Proposal creation and invoicing help me cut costs in purchasing separate proposals and invoicing
Method is really designed for those who use QuickBooks. I like there is no cost to integrate with the software. Like other crm the user would have to an additional to integrate, but all features of QuickBooks would not able to integrate especially payments. Method has all features accessible to the user and there is an option if you want it included for all staff.
