Method: CRM - The little powerhouse!
Overall Satisfaction with Method:CRM
At our company, we use methods to keep track of all the potential customers that we get. We get website inquiries, leads from multiple other businesses, incoming emails, walk-ins, and phone calls. We use it for our front office staff only, as our technicians in the back have their own work order system that has been implemented with our company for years now. Where we would usually just take notes on notepads, with Method we now have a completely separate work order system for potential sales. This has been a great addition to keep all our offices in the loop. We've been able to follow up on potential sales together instead of having to take time out to figure out who talked to who and what it was about.
Pros
- Keeps track of all interactions between any staff member and a lead
- is customizable to many different needs
- Customer Service is extremely responsive and easy to contact internally through Method
Cons
- I believe there is room for improvement with scaling down on the customizing (sometimes having too much isn't always a good thing)
- The estimate creator in Method is not as fluid as making an estimate in QB. (moving lines around, adding lines, etc.)
- We can keep track of potential sales as a team
- Its a learning curve and take a bit of time to fine tune to our needs
We chose Method over Salesforce because we felt as though they were not tailored to our size of the company and our specific needs overall. They offered many things that we found very appealing but at the end of the day, we knew that with most importantly we needed a CRM to integrate with our accounting software more than anything else.
