Overall Satisfaction with Method:CRM
We needed a solution for allowing customers to add themselves to our Quickbooks Online using and Online Form. The implementation works well, we can now email customers a link to a web form so they can add themselves. Saves us a great deal of time, also this prevents input errors we have from time to time trying to hear the customer over the phone.

- They need to have a faster timeframe for customization time slots; we had to wait about 2 weeks.
- Method free our team up to be on the phones less, and able to work on other more important tasks.
We were using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for a very long time. However, the software is archaic and dated. Method allows us to step into the 21st century. We now have much more online / automated interactions with our customers. We like that Method also lets us customize a great deal of the software to our exact needs and wants.
