Overall Satisfaction with Method:CRM

We needed a solution for allowing customers to add themselves to our Quickbooks Online using and Online Form. The implementation works well, we can now email customers a link to a web form so they can add themselves. Saves us a great deal of time, also this prevents input errors we have from time to time trying to hear the customer over the phone.

We were using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for a very long time. However, the software is archaic and dated. Method allows us to step into the 21st century. We now have much more online / automated interactions with our customers. We like that Method also lets us customize a great deal of the software to our exact needs and wants.

Method has a great overall "usability". Once we started using the software; it did not take long before we were able to start editing our own web lead forms, email templates, etc. I think there is a learning curve however the learning curve is not bad. Anyone looking for a cloud CRM should start here.
The support has been great. When I reach out via email someone responds to me in a timely manor. Also, their team is very motivated to teach us how to use the software, more information about the software and how the different features work. We are confident that they can help us with any question.
I think Method is well suited to any business that needs to create a connection between their customers and their online accounting software. This system has many different customization options, we especially like the customer portal. In the customer portal the customer can see the different invoices and estimates we have one for them.
