Overall Satisfaction with Method:CRM

I currently use Method:CRM as a CRM for my freelancing business. It helps me keep track of prospect and client interactions, it connects to QuickBooks Online, and it helps with documentation management with my clients. It helps with visualizing the sales pipeline and there's even a portal for my clients to view their estimates, invoices, receipts, and more!

Method:CRM is somewhat easier to work with than Salesforce Essentials.

It's easy to use for the most part, but I'm still a little shaky on how the apps flow into one another.
They usually get back to me within minutes of starting a chat to solve any issues that I might have.
From my own experience, Method:CRM is definitely good for freelancers who do not have huge budgets to work with.
