Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365

The product Microsoft 365 is used in all 9 communities in our company across the state of Ohio. We primarily use it for emails, team meetings, calendar planning and booking, and for generally keeping track of important stuff. Outlook and Teams are probably the most widely used, while Word, Publisher, Excel, and others are likely secondary in use.

Pros

  • Keeping track of emails.
  • Keeping track of calendar invites, bookings and meetings.
  • Allowing groups and meetings through teams.

Cons

  • I wish that outlook had instant messaging like teams does.
  • Needed for communication all around.
  • Needed for keeping track of what's going on in our community.
  • Needed for meetings
It's an overall fantastic program.
It is one of a kind in my eyes.
