Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business

Our entire organization uses Microsoft 365 Business. This assists us in collaboration and communication. The implementation of Microsoft 365 Business has created consistency in our modes of communication. The programs also allow for flexibility in collaborating on projects. Our staff enjoys the features the programs offer, and how the results are communicated to other staff members.
  • Microsoft 365 Business allows us to work using a web-based version, rather than having our technology specialist install a hard drive version and using that memory.
  • Immediate sync to e-mail and calendars. Absolutely perfect for those on the go.
  • Our staff is able to communicate in real time and collaborate on projects. This is HUGE, as our staff can work on projects when they can get to it and there's less scheduling of meetings to talk about the content.
  • Viruses are still a concern and sharing a document or project on the web allows for vulnerability.
  • Embedding of macros and sharing is also a concern when transferring data via e-mail.
  • The calendars are not as good as Google Calendars, and unfortunately Microsoft 365 does not integrate well with the Google Calendar.

Google Docs and Charts DO NOT have the same capabilities. I enjoy that Google offers some features, but when doing complex spreadsheets, Google does not compare.
Microsoft 365 Business's performance is pretty good. When exporting documents from a database, you do have to be patient. It does take a few moments to complete the export. On an import, the same issues, just a little slower on the response time of the database you are loading into.
Very easy to use and a lot of materials to assist with questions. I am a certified trainer and I find my students easily understand the content they are introduced to.
The Microsoft 365 is fantastic for people who work remotely and need to collaborate with other employees. Unfortunately, I like Google Calendars, and Outlook 365, in my opinion, does not work as well as Google Calendars. Otherwise, the entire suite is awesome.
