We use Teams for Absolutely all internal and external meetings, it's been a great integration since we were using multiple platforms in the past creating always confusion and delays. Office is 1000% a helpful integration since pretty much all the sector still uses basic data compiling software such as Excel and word.

Outlook is the fastest Calendar Management Platform that I have ever used, is simple and it provides anything needed to be able to manage time successfully. When comparing these products with what Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit offers, there is a huge improvement in the desired outcome in the respective sections, Data management, Project Management, and communications.

The Way data is managed and secure, as well as how easy and intuitive the environment is and how smooth can be to pretty much do anything with all the different features.

Less appropriate(Opportunities for improvement):
Expanding project Management Features since all fields even nonprofits needs a high level of project management/Product Management at some point especially when designing programs and elaborating the process that would transform all the theory into reality.
