Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365

We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for automating certain processes such as creating files in Microsoft Teams. We also use Power automate for requesting leave within the company. Its also used on a wider scale to support application processing including the front end and backend view. So in my organisation it is used for a variety of purposed both internally and externally.

Pros

  • Easy to pick up
  • Automation
  • Adaptable to different processes

Cons

  • The Help Guides could be improved as to how to create Power automate apps
  • The Micrsoft learning is also a little dry
  • Even though it is low code i think it should still be marketed for developers
  • Its improved processing of applications - made it more efficient
  • nice UI design
  • able to be configured so easy to adapt to new product offerings
I think overall usability it is quite easy to pick up from my point of view. There's also a range of uses that Microsoft Dynamics 365 can be used for and so I think thats quite important when looking at working with a client base. Additionally there's alot that can be looked at internally with this application too

Its suited for automating certain processes internally and externally (client site). There's also a range of applications that can be created using Microsoft Dynamics 365 so that's something thats good. There are a lot of additional functions and features that can be used within Microsoft Dynamics 365 also so thats something beneficial when looking future forward.
