Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID
Well, as an MSP, we manage a bunch of clients, so everyone uses Microsoft. 90% of our clients use Microsoft, so it addresses all the authentication issues and cloud-based products that we can't get away from.
Pros
- It does authentication really well and all Microsoft products.
Cons
- The navigation menus could be a bit easier, less to dive through, more direct access to features would be great.
- Can't say there is a positive or negative. I mean it's there. We have to use it, no way around it, so it's just been neutral. I guess.
90% are on cloud only. We do have some on-prem integrations, brief overview deployment, just one active directory, server on-prem and then sync to the cloud.
Yes, we do some applications that do support it. We would use it.
No on-premises apps, but we have Dynamics that's connected. It's not a Microsoft product. And then we have some other vendors, they're connected in as well through the identity service.
Yes, we have definitely. Remembering what user password is better than having the login for different applications.
