Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID

I believe it's a licensing thing that it also does within Intune. I want to make sure that I'm not selling it wrong, but we use it in conjunction with some of the licensing we use in Intune and we assign it to endpoints. That's it.

  • I think it just centralizes how we can go about assigning certain levels of license and license levels to endpoint to users that we have.

  • I think it makes things more efficient and we're managing our licensing better, so we have very specific needs about what we need and what we don't, don't want to go for budget. So we've been managing our licensing better based off of that.
Actually just cloud. Deployment was limited basically, but I think we use Azure AD for some of the things we do, but we also use Okta for some of our identity management as well and access. So it's a balance of the two.
I don't think we do. I think we have something else for that.
Our SaaS applications are still connected to Okta. So for Entra ID where we are still using it within Intune for licensing with Microsoft Office and stuff too, but that's about it.
No. We haven't had any complaints or any specific tickets that have come in about that.
I haven't evaluated other products like this.

Yes

I think the integration with Intune and how it helps with managing licensing there. It just helps an organization that can be small or growing or just remote organization where some of that licensing can be handled easier from a central location.

Using Microsoft Entra ID

It's been pretty good. And from what I understand, after talking to my coworkers and my teammates, I haven't heard many complaints about it. There's not a thing that we wish to change about that.
