Microsoft Entra ID

Microsoft Entra ID is our cloud-based identity management system. When working remotely, Microsoft Entra ID provides security and visibility regardless of location. We use it to identify both user objects and devices and applications. Microsoft Entra ID not only manages organizational objects but also provides real-time adaptive protection through conditional access and privileged role management.

My organization uses only cloud-based identity management. This allows us to manage identity centrally and avoids relying on additional infrastructure to connect on-premises environments, significantly reducing administration and risk. With cloud-only identity management implemented in a modern way, integrating new products and solutions is much easier. Furthermore, we save both time and money.

If we manage third-party applications, including those we've developed ourselves and AI applications connected to our tenant via SSO, this is extremely valuable. It allows us to centralize access and leverage Microsoft Entra ID's security capabilities, such as SDO, MFA, and Conditional Access. This gives us real confidence in user identities and access. All our AI applications benefit from adaptive protection thanks to Microsoft Entra ID

There are usually no changes in the end user experience; at the Microsoft Entra ID portal level there are, but they do not directly impact the end user experience.
