Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving

Email archive availability was a big challenge. In the past, you could have multiple pst files, each in a different location specifically if you work on multiple sites. Microsoft Online Archive solved the issue by centralizing the email archive in one simple location also available on-site or off-site. Also, it provides the webmail a great option for accessing the archive.

If your organization has an exchange online it's a very good option to use the online archive as it really makes life easier no more opening multiple pst to search for a single mail. Also, you can set a period for certain types of emails to be deleted after they expire.
