Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Using RPA module to extract different data stored in multiple tables from a PDF. Prior to this implementation, our end users would have to manually copy and paste the data from each table to retrieve and process the request. Now, with this implementation, our end users are really happy as they only have to review the data and save their time. They can utilize the time to more important stuff.

Well suited when most of the products in your company, in use, comes from Microsoft. With Microsoft suite, using Microsoft Power Automate is just like a breeze.

However, it is less appropriate to use when you have a mix of soft wares from different vendors. The integration within the apps and data flow is amazing within Microsoft products.
