Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate
Microsoft Power Automate allows us to interact with other Microsoft applications which we use to collect data and triggers automatic actions based on inputs from our users. We are automating messaging, data collection, follow-up scheduling, etc. This means we no longer need to be manually checking reports for specific requirements to trigger actions, Microsoft Power Automate manages that for us, which means minimal intervention and more time for us to focus on our projects.
Pros
- Automates our onboarding process
- Triggers "next step" follow-up in ongoing projects.
- Collects submitted reports and compiles to a central location for viewing.
Cons
- It can take some time to learn how to properly use the system to it's full potential
- It would be nice if it could analyze our current work flow and suggest improvements, or where it could help.
- Integration with other Microsoft products
- Ease of use
- Customization options
- Helped us cut down on manual work required for project data compiling by approximately 12 hours per week.
- Follow-up communication has had a significant drop in "missed messages" due to the automation processes we have setup.
