Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Powerpoint

Every employee in our organization uses Microsoft PowerPoint. It is the standard for presentation software and is used by one hundred percent of our clients.
  • Interfaces with other Office products
  • Easy to find support
  • I feel they change the interface and usability too often, requiring some re-learning.
  • Some functionality is difficult to figure out.
  • There are some things that it just doesn't do.
  • Ability to easily update/link data within presentations.
  • Compatibility with customers.
  • Compatibility across versions of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • No doubt we are more efficient when we use Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Easy to keep our fixed costs low.
Prezi is a nice product, but just not popular enough at this point. With all our clients using Microsoft PowerPoint, we really don't have any choice as to what software we use. Microsoft really has a corner on this market.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Microsoft Access, IBM SPSS
Microsoft PowerPoint is powerful when creating presentations of all kinds (graphic, video, numeric, visual, etc). It is easy to update between groups and within teams. I can't think of any scenarios where it is not a good solution.
