Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Project
We have a couple of project managers that use it for their projects which can all be linked. This is helpful when we allocate resources to make determinations on the workforce.
- Simple Xxcel format makes edits easy
- Not much training is required to start
- Can be exported to many different formats
- Some of the more complex options require training
- Only useful if all people within a company use it
- One minor error can throw off entire scheudle
- Easily track projects and determine where we are headed
- Makes hiring resources easier
- Minimal 1 time cost
- primavera, suretrack and microscot excel
