Very happy with Microsoft Publisher
Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Publisher
We use Microsoft Publisher to develop a number of products for our business, including advertising sheets, report covers, resume formatting for our resume assistance business, and certain presentation pages.
It helps us develop professional-looking documents both for internal and external clients.
We have tried other free or low-cost alternatives, and they simply cannot perform to the level of quality that Microsoft Publisher provides for our business.

Pros
- Formatting
- Design
- Professional-looking products
- High quality results
Cons
- the interface for adding images is a little dificult to use initially
- While the product is relatively expensive relative to alternatives, it is the best ROI we have found
- We do have trouble justifying the cost due to the frequency we use it.
- There are features that it includes that we don't use, but seem to increase the cost.
The ability to run locally and share files easily through our Dropbox integration is the primary reason.
