Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

We use this product as an inter-department and cross-department collaboration tool. We also use it for conference calls both internally and externally. This tool allows us to find an available tech with the correct skill set fast. It also saves time finding the correct person to answer difficult questions. I would recommend this tool to just about any size organization.

Pros

  • Quick question-answer form.
  • Finding the right person for the job.
  • Not having to email 20 people and see 20 different replies.
  • Eliminates clutter.

Cons

  • Setting up rooms is not as easy as it could be.
  • Could be easier to share documents.
  • Cost of O365 is a bit high.
  • More work in less time.
  • Right person, right time.
  • Always in sync.
It allows our team to communicate on demand via computer or phone and stay up to date on all items. We use it as an escalation format where lower grade techs can find a free tech with the skill set they need to fix the problem at hand. Not a good product when face to face interaction is needed,
