Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Advanced Email Security

Used for inbound and outbound email security. This is used for the entire organization which uses Microsoft 365.

Pros

  • Malicious File Detection and Remediation
  • Spam Reduction
  • Phishing and Spoof Detection

Cons

  • Confusing menu structure
  • Separate threat and admin consoles
  • Base notifications do not contain much information
  • Mimecast Advanced Email Security has prevented several malicious threats from being delivered
  • Compared to the incumbent, it's been 100% stable
  • Despite confusing menu's, it's still much easier to manage
