Overall Satisfaction with MindManager

I am really only using MindManager as an organizational tool. I wrote a book using MindManager years ago. But currently using it as a brainstorming tool.
  • As a suppository of ideas
  • Move information from one theme to another very easily
  • Getting organized
  • I liked it when it was more interactive (online). For me, it is difficult to collaborate with others with MindManager (who have never used it before)
  • I don't think I could have written a book without MindManager
  • There isn't a better tool to organizing ideas
I am just starting out a coaching service and MindManager has allowed me to plug in ideas of how I can serve coaching clients... and then later organize those ideas (potential services) into categories. Very useful and simple (drag and drop).
I've equally enjoyed Smartsheet throughout the years. My mind tends to work in rows and columns as well as the clockwise effect of Mindmanager.

I've never used the support, so not sure. I thought the buying process was good and the person on the line was helpful.
Very easy and intuitive. I really use it in it's basic form, however. Don't use the more sophisticated bits.
As mentioned, good at organizing thoughts, ideas, and concepts. Less helpful when attempting to use it to collaborate with people who haven't used it before.
