Overall Satisfaction with MindTouch
We wanted to implemented [as a] company intranet and as a document storage tool.
- Nice interface to end user.
- Good security setup.
- Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, DekiScript is too much for a small IT department to support.
- We are having to employ a specialist web developer to complete go live. This is at an extra cost of circa £15,000 and we are still not live despite paying [for] support.
We selected MindTouch after being given assurances it met all of our needs. Whilst I am sure it can do this, it was not made apparent the technical ability required to be able to achieve this and given the choice again we would not have selected MindTouch.
