Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as a collaborative platform to host workshops and online lab sessions. Miro has been a reliable and flexible platform to share images, ideas, and work-related graphics. The user interface is fairly intuitive which makes it easy to pick up and use. We have also used Miro for brainstorming sessions often sharing sketches and doodles. It also helps that the Miro team is very supportive and resolves any issues or queries in a short timeframe.
Pros
- Easy collaboration and access.
- Easy file sharing for graphics and documents and enhanced viewing options.
- Fast resolution of issues and questions by the customer support team.
Cons
- Add more interactive tools.
- Make more templates for games/ interaction aids available.
- Make access to the education license a bit easier/streamlined.
- Easy collaboration.
- Easy access for new users.
- Collaboration of a high number of users (30-40) at once.
I have personally found the online whiteboard to be very helpful while working remotely. The pandemic forced almost all of our organizations to work online and we had to find ways to collaborate and share ideas and graphics with colleagues working from different parts of the world. Miro has greatly enhanced my team's ability to collaborate, plan and execute new projects.
