Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used to enable global problem-solving collaboration in place of a traditional whiteboard. It is really powerful especially when there are many sessions as each session is able to build on the last. There is so much more functionality available which I have yet to use, I hope to start using some of them soon.
  • Separate boards to enable organization.
  • Ability to do pre-work before a session to set the pace and structure of the meeting.
  • Ability to have many people working on the board at the same time.
  • Moving round can be challenging at times, particularly on very large boards.
  • It can be easy for others to move items when they shouldn't.
  • A zoomed preview for large boards would be very useful.
  • Improved collaboration.
  • Faster idea generation.
I have not been involved in implementation.
I have not seen any integration in the tool yet.
It has changed traditional whiteboard collaboration to online, which has made global collaboration easier.

Yes

It is well suited for large, complex, well-managed projects. This is because you can easily plan the session by setting up the boards in advance. It is possibly less suited to informal, free-flowing sessions where speed is needed. This may be overcome by the full training materials which I have not reviewed.
